Bill Martin
Bill Martin was involved in one of America’s first school shootings. The bullet missed him; his fellow Assistant Principal was not so lucky. Since that time Bill has built cultures that enable all voices to be heard and respected; and designed powerful processes for leading through such “thunderbolts”.
He has worked with the leaders and community of Columbine High School. Following his extensive career in school leadership, Bill has spent the last twenty years working internationally on long term contracts with schools and companies helping them create the cultures they want: cultures that deliver what people long for and will own.
Bill is an author and facilitator. Recently he led off the European Thought Leaders Workshop Series.
